Yes, that’s a real arcade cabinet for a new Rambo game, one that looks like it’s only going to be showing up in Japan.
The game will follow the path of the last three movies (First Blood Part II, Rambo III, and Rambo) and looks like it’s based on Sega’s House of the Dead 4 cabinet. The graphics are nothing special, though, looking like any of Sega’s last shooters.
There will be special stages that have you aiming explosive arrows, although unfortunately the cabinet doesn’t come with a bow and arrow controller, cause how great would that be? You get scored depending on how well you kill people (instant kill, heroic kill, and normal kill), and you have a rage meter that will fill and then apparently explode as shown in the great screenshot below.
