We’re at it again.
Now that the 35mm Django Unchained rollout proved a success, my peoples at Theatres at Mall of America are looking forward to we hope will become an annual slate of events: Horror for the Holidays.
But it’s too early, you say? Not so, we’re actually starting this screening calendar next week on 2/14 Valentine’s Day with 1981’s gruesome lovefest My Bloody Valentine (purchase $5 tickets). Check out this kickass schedule poster designed by local artist Tim Alan Holly (tumblr):
Dig it? Clicking on the poster (or right here) will take you to a place where you can purchase it.
This is going to be a great series of screenings. You can be damn sure we’re working prizes and giveaways for the fine folks who attend these events. I’ll be covering the events more in-depth as they approach, hopefully I’ll see you there!
Oh, I also happen to have two free pairs of tickets to My Bloody Valentine. Want ’em? The first two folks who e-mail timfromCHUD@gmail.com can each expect a pair. Make sure to put “My Bloody Valentine” in the subject line.
