If you’re like me, you’ve learned to avoid the MTV Movie Awards at all costs. Around the time Michael Bay won “Best Summer Movie You Haven’t Seen Yet” for Transformers it stood to reason that maybe, perhaps, possibly there was a chance that the show was a heaping steamer of bullshit (Viacom owns both MTV and Paramount, which co-released ‘formers).
So it was disappointing (and yet still wholly necessary) to miss this footage presentation for The Dark Knight Rises when it premiered at the show a few weeks ago. Thankfully, here it is in all its glory with the ever-present threat of Russell Brand removed entirely:
