That’s what an ex said to me once. Kurt Fuller. You know him. The only man who could concieveably replace William Atherton as the corporate stooge trying to keep our Ghostbusters from doing their jobs. The guy who learns the value of partying on in Wayne’s World. The psyche-out lead in NewsRadio’s first episode. Or more recently as one of the not-so-corporate stooges in The Pursuit of Happyness.
Sadly, his best role so far was as Werner Klemperer in Auto Focus, and that came out six years ago. But he works constantly and consistantly. Television will never grow tired of him, and he can always be counted on to deliver a snappy line reading. He is truly one of the great character actors of our time.
She might have said I thought about Kurt Fuller too much, but honestly, I think it’s fair to say you can’t think about Kurt Fuller enough.
