KILLSVILLE: Each year, the world’s most prolific serial killers gather, choosing some small town at random to host their annual Killer’s Conference, where psychos and sociopaths can enjoy a little vocation vacation socializing, swapping trade secrets and learning all the latest and greatest techniques from some of the masters of their craft. Then it’s onto the best part of the weekend, when they leave the hotel to practice what’s been preached among the unsuspecting populace.
