For the next 30 days I’ll torture you with my stupid answer to the writing prompts taken from the 30 Day Writing Challenge and the 30 Day Song Challenge. Here we go:

Writing Challenge – Day 29: What WAS your biggest dream in life (you wanted to do as a kid but no longer can)?
I always secretly wanted to be a classical dancer, which explains my propensity to want to write about So You Think You Can Dance, keeping in mind that I kind of hate that show. Any dreams of dancing professionally were shattered over 15 years ago when I realized that my shyness at the time, combined with little facts like not having the right body type, not being particularly great at it, and an extreme aversion to extreme dieting, would never allow me to take dance seriously. I can still do it for fitness. I might go back to dance sometime in the future.

I’ve also always wanted to kick ass, but I don’t like fighting and I don’t like yelling. So my karate and taekwondo stints were not as successful as I hoped because of my refusal to engage in combat and use the required kiai. But I can also try this again in the future.

I’m not responding this question the right way.

Something I wanted to do but no longer can… To always have healthy sleeping patterns. Yeah, that’s it.

Song Challenge – Day 29: A song from your childhood.
Here’s a great spanish song that was a hit with anyone with a sense of humour when I was a kid. The song is about pee.
