“From the mind behind the mega-hit Syfy show you’ve probably never heard of (EUREKA) comes a tribute to all those no-budget Syfy original movies and the “so bad, they’re good” films that inspired them. Move over Roger Corman, step back Ed Wood, make way on your weekend programming schedule Mr. Stern, because here comes Andrew Cosby’s 365 DAYS OF SCI-FI.
And it’s all happening here! Each day, your friends at CHUD will bring you a brand new bad movie pitch — the best of the worst title Cosby can come up with, no matter where he’s at or what he’s doing, rain or shine, drunk or sober. That’s a whole year of the quality concepts you’ve come to expect from the network that brought you MANSQUITO and SHARKTOPUS.”
And now… DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE:
“Jumping back on the bandwagon today with another Cowboys and >fill inthe blank<.”

“The Devil Will Have His Due”
HIGH PLAINS GRIFTER: When a Wild West con man gets caught swindling a corrupt cattle baron, he’s hung for his crimes and sent straight to hell, where he somehow manages to convince the Devil to give him a second chance, but only if he manages to collect a certain number of souls before the next full moon. Not a bad deal when you’ve got nothing to bargain with. Unfortunately, the grifter falls in love with his last mark, forcing him and the girl to go on the run from all the fury Hell has to offer.
Nick Says: This would be awesome if made with tons and tons of atmosphere and not a lot of flash, almost like a ‘Tales from the Crypt’ episode as directed by someone like Ang Lee or Tarantino. And what a great role for Willem Dafoe.
