Young Mr. Potter remains on the honor roll for the third straight week, pulling a magic hat trick and sending the influx of Aeon Flux to the special needs class.
Aside from a bit of position jockeying, the remainder of the chart looks almost exactly like last week, except… less. Only Zathura slides out of view, while off the top 10 the IMAX release of Polar Express is a big draw even though the movie is out on DVD already. I guess a lot of people haven’t upgraded to 80-foot home theaters yet.
Next week brings the big-budget, star-free fantasy The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, while Ang Lee’s gay cowboys ride on Brokeback Mountain.
