Film/TV: Another glorious win for the Braves. Against Tim Lincecum no less. That’s how gentleman make hay.
Music: An incredible amount. Steve and I hopped up at like 10am and recorded until nearly 6pm. As a result, seven songs were finished. The can be discovered HERE, HERE, and HERE.
Comedy: Nada.
Food/Drink/Inhalents: We attacked the liquor shelf a bit. It’s the custom when Steve and I make music. He brought some chicken biscuits with him, which was nice. We destroyed a pot of coffee. In the evening I had a Southern style Easter dinner at the in-laws.
Family: I watched Rocco for a stretch in the morning while Catherine took Sofia to dance. Then, I drove my aunt to the train station in the city before hanging at the in-laws’ house until well after the kiddo’s bedtime. Catherine was devastated, I think she actually was snoring before the kids.
Friends: Just the Murph.
Work: No.
Art: Nope.
Goodies: Nada. I was so tempted to stop at the book store to see if any interesting magazines came out on Friday and was saddened b the two dead Borders stores I passed en route.
Screenwriting: No.
Projects: No.
Minutia: I got into a heated argument on IM I shouldn’t have with Alex. I was already stressed out about things getting to the point where I had to cut staff. It was all bad, not good. I later cooled off and sent an apology but it was never responded to. So, another loss.
Activity: Rock and roll.
Ailments: Migraines, but they were the result of a lot of effort.
Shrink’s Chair: I am SO not the person my detractors think I am. That said, I don’t know why I have ever taken the time to improve things with completely losing situations. There’s this one split personality character who I trust so little that it’s become a little fun game to feed stuff to them and see where it leaks out.
Asshole(s) of the Day: Actually, me. Again.
True Trivia: I once left my cordless phone with intercom outside with a group of friends in my early twenties where they couldn’t see it and went inside and listened to them all air their grievances about me.
What Did I Learn Today: Paul Walker is one of the crew members on Discovery’s Shark Men. Completely out of the spotlight just a guy chumming for sharks or helping with menial tasks. Turns out Oceanography is his first love and he did it for the joy of it. Pretty great.
Link of the Day: Andrea eats pepper and ice cream. Yuck.
Looking ahead to tomorrow: Such a dumb holiday.
