In case you haven’t been by our horror-centric offspring Creature Corner lately, CHUD regular and great Brit Dan Whitehead has picked up the reins and will begin flaying your flesh with all sorts of juicy horror-related news and reviews and random chunks of grue (I’ll be contributing the occasional pound of flesh myself).
A good way to get things in gear would be to chat with a luminary of the genre, and who better than George Romero? The zombie maestro returned to his Dead trilogy to make it one louder (and messier) with Land of the Dead, which hits DVD just in time for Halloween. And Dan spoke with Romero on everything from the disc’s special features to politics to the possibility of another sequel.
