From the mind behind the mega-hit Syfy show you’ve probably never heard of (EUREKA) comes a tribute to all those no-budget Syfy original movies and the “so bad, they’re good” films that inspired them. Move over Roger Corman, step back Ed Wood, make way on your weekend programming schedule Mr. Stern, because here comes Andrew Cosby’s 365 DAYS OF SCI-FI.

And it’s all happening here! Each day, your friends at CHUD will bring you a brand new bad movie pitch — the best of the worst title Cosby can come up with, no matter where he’s at or what he’s doing, rain or shine, drunk or sober. That’s a whole year of the quality concepts you’ve come to expect from the network that brought you MANSQUITO and SHARKTOPUS.

And now… DAY FOURTY-ONE:

“I know I said I don’t like to do time travel projects, but I’ve since gone back and convinced my former self to change his mind.  Hope you like the results.”

– Andy Cosby (Twitter)

“A movie of epoch proportions”

Pitch:

After spending most of his life in prison for a murder he didn’t commit, former MIT physics professor Albert Weeks finally manages to scramble together enough spare parts to secretly complete his greatest invention – a temporal manipulator, which he then uses to go back and prevent his wife’s death, tracking down the real killers and becoming embroiled in a massive conspiracy that threatens to destroy past, present and future. On the run now, Albert and his wife try to avoid their fate while time traveling assassins stalk them at every turn, until Albert finally comes face-to-face with his true enemy – himself, an Albert from an alternate future who desperately needs events to unfold as originally planned.

Nick Says: James B. Sikking is… ALBERT WEEKS!
