From the mind behind the mega-hit Syfy show you’ve probably never heard of (EUREKA) comes a tribute to all those no-budget Syfy original movies and the “so bad, they’re good” films that inspired them. Move over Roger Corman, step back Ed Wood, make way on your weekend programming schedule Mr. Stern, because here comes Andrew Cosby’s 365 DAYS OF SCI-FI.

And it’s all happening here! Each day, your friends at CHUD will bring you a brand new bad movie pitch — the best of the worst title Cosby can come up with, no matter where he’s at or what he’s doing, rain or shine, drunk or sober. That’s a whole year of the quality concepts you’ve come to expect from the network that brought you MANSQUITO and SHARKTOPUS.

365 days of Sci-Fi Archive

And now… DAY TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY:

“Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to do a true movie mash-up.”

– Andy Cosby (Twitter)

“One Last Chance for Man.”

APOLLO 18 AGAIN: Following a bizarre accident, 18-year-old Simon Moore becomes possessed by the spirit of his dead grandfather, who also happened to be the sole survivor of a top-secret moon mission that ended in tragedy. Now, more than four decades later, the terrifying events of that disastrous lunar landing have come back to haunt a new team of astronauts currently on their way to Mars.  And only Simon (or his deceased gramps, as the case may be) has the knowledge to help them survive the next 48 hours.

Nick Says: I think this works best as the anti found footage movie. Not only is it shot as a regular narrative, you can see the crew and the camera filming it.
