From the mind behind the mega-hit Syfy show you’ve probably never heard of (EUREKA) comes a tribute to all those no-budget Syfy original movies and the “so bad, they’re good” films that inspired them. Move over Roger Corman, step back Ed Wood, make way on your weekend programming schedule Mr. Stern, because here comes Andrew Cosby’s 365 DAYS OF SCI-FI.

And it’s all happening here! Each day, your friends at CHUD will bring you a brand new bad movie pitch — the best of the worst title Cosby can come up with, no matter where he’s at or what he’s doing, rain or shine, drunk or sober. That’s a whole year of the quality concepts you’ve come to expect from the network that brought you MANSQUITO and SHARKTOPUS.

And now… DAY ONE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY:

“Since yesterday was all about evil, I figured I’d flip the coin today and get to know my better angels…”

– Andy Cosby (Twitter)

“Heaven Help Us”

LOST ANGELS: With the help of their sympathetic “handler,” six teenaged test subjects, part of an illegal government experiment designed to harness the human psychic potential, escape their lab after discovering the project and everyone involved are to be terminated for failure to produce results. With no one to turn to and nowhere else to go, the group flees to Los Angeles, where they blend with the city’s growing homeless population and struggle to survive on the unforgiving streets of L.A. When one of their own is assaulted, her powers manifest for the first time, leaving her attackers virtually brain dead, their minds wiped clean by her psychic blast. Little by little, the others begin to manifest, each with their own unique psionic abilities.  Together, they use their newfound powers to solve a recent string of homeless murders plaguing the city and ultimately bring down the covert organization responsible for their unique condition.

Nick Says: Sounds like this ought to be a prequel to Raw Meat.
