I spent a scant few hours on the set of 30 Minutes or Less last year, and while there wasn’t a ton of interesting stuff being shot, there are a ton of great interviews that I can’t wait to bring you. You should see that material breaking out soo since the studio appears to be moving the giant cogs of the marketing machine. First up is a 2 minute red-band trailer that doesn’t show you a whole lot or even feature all of the main characters, but sets-up the duo of Jesse Eisenberg and Aziz Ansari while getting across the basic concept.
The dynamic between Eisenberg and Ansari seems like it could be a good one, though I’m most looking forward to the interplay between villains Danny McBride and Nick Swardson. Those two are barely featured here, but you do get the hint that McBride is in his element here. There’s also a focus on the action to which Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer surely brought the noise. Take a look and let us know if this is a comedy you’ll be looking forward to.
