While all parties are waiting for a second draft of the script for the upcoming Die Hard 5 (possibly called Die Hard 24/7), Bruce Willis is starting to talk about doing a part 6… then calling it quits before he’s replaced!
It’s a bit ridiculous to be worried about Die Hard 6 when #5 hasn’t even started filming; that’s not expected until 2011, if they can get a script everyone agrees on. Willis, who’s 55 now, is seeing time creep up on him in regards to action films like the Die Hard series, so with each passing year it’s going to keep getting more and more silly seeing a man in his late 50’s-early 60’s dodging explosions and walking on glass shards.
Kudos to him for saying DH6 will be his last, but really… do we even need a Die Hard 5?
