That’s your new cinematic Captain
America. Following up on a
description run by
JoBlo, Ain’t It
Cool has the first images of what
Cap’s suit will look like in Captain America: The First Avenger,
and for the most part I’m happy. I think losing the wings on the head
streamlines the design in a way that I’m not wild about, but it’s a
minor gripe. Also minor: the lack of chainmail on Cap’s chest. I like
the texture of that, and I wonder if this rubbery chest stuff will look
period-appropriate.

But overall minor quibbles. I’m
looking forward to the first real photos.
