Description:
A mentally-challenged vampire wearing an undersized vampire costume,
orange safety helmet and is inspired by Edward from Twilight. 
Eddie battles the monsters with his buck teeth that sprout instead of
fangs, hypnotic stare that always gets the wrong people because of his
cross eyes, but usually wins due to his accidental clumsiness in the
spirit of Scooby-Doo.
