Harmonix and MTV Games today announced the entire tracklist for Green Day: Rock Band, a 47-track extravaganza. It’s a bit lame to see nothing included from their early when they at least had the semblance of a punk band but we’re at least finally getting nearly all of their seminal album Dookie. (The only track from Dookie that isn’t included is All By Myself., which of course wouldn’t be a great Rock Band track anyway) So yes, we’re getting the band’s high point, but as we all know it was a steep ride downhill after that, and 14 tracks does not a game make. Here’s the full list of songs by location and album.

The game’s going to have the harmonies introduced in The Beatles: Rock Band and archival material from the band. It will come as a standalone disc for the usual 60 bucks for Xbox 360 and PS3 and 50 for Wii, with a 70 buck “Rock Band Plus” version that comes with a free export of the songs (normally it costs 10 bucks) and a code to download the six previous Green Day DLC releases. Those songs are all from 21st Century Breakdown:
Green Day: Rock Band launches worldwide on June 8th, 2010.
