I’m pretty psyched for Iron Man 2; I think the first one was the best superhero movie released that year and one of the best, period. Lots of fun, lots of good acting, light on action. Apparently the action has been upped in Iron Man 2 and as long as they keep the other two parts of the equation, I’m psyched.
But even when I was visiting the set of the film I couldn’t quite get worked up about the new Iron Man armor. I mean, it looks a lot like the Iron Man armor. I’m sure someone who had seen the original a lot of times could tell the difference, but to me it just looks like the Iron Man armor. So hey, congrats to Empire for scoring this pic, but I’m waiting to get excited about a magazine cover with War Machine or Black Widow.
