The trailer for Kick Ass is now officially online, and the first half of it is sublime. The second half is less great, but you have to set up the concept – kids with no super powers acting like superheroes, despite the obvious physical consequences – for the marks in the audience. And a green band trailer simply can’t get across the best stuff that we saw at Comic Con, like Hit Girl just slaughtering a roomful of guys. After all, she’s ten.
