Have you beaten The Lost and the Damned yet? Ready for the next great GTA installment? Those of you in NYC will have an opportunity to check out Rockstar’s launch event for Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars next week. It’s going to be held at the hilariously kid-friendly Nintendo World Store near Rockefeller center.
The 17 and over event kicks off at 11:59 pm on Monday night but you can bet people will be on line early. The first 25 people to buy the game will get some “exclusive, limited edition surprises and finery from Rockstar Games ranging from special edition GTA Kubrick sets, fresh Grand Theft Auto apparel, and limited edition customized Chinatown Wars DS Lite systems”. Free shwag will be all over the place, so if you want some goodies go on down. Lending some music to the proceedings will be DJ and composer extraordinaire OhNo, whose beats are included in the game.
I honestly can’t wait to get my hands on the full game, but then again, you already knew that. This one’s going to surprise a lot of people.
