“My name is Chev Chelios. And today, I didn’t die.” Considering how the original film ended, that’s all I need to know to take me into this trailer for Crank 2: High Voltage, which is over at IGN. This movie just looks to be a carbon copy of the first. Same basic premise, same characters, same energy, same everything.
Awesome.
Because that’s exactly what I was hoping for. The first film kicked ass and this one looks to be taking up right where the first one left off. Things that got a laugh: frenching a battery cable, “He treated me like his hot little whore,” “That’s not so bad.” 4/17 can’t get here soon enough.
