Sometimes movies are more than just movies. You can call them experiences or films, but when they permeate into the culture so deeply they become modern day myths.

Hiro Murai is a co-creator of several of those myths. He directed Guava Island, as well as today’s recommended “blind watch,” Clapping For The Wrong Reasons.

Clapping For The Wrong Reasons is available on YouTube.  It is best paired as a prelude to the album Because The Internet and its corresponding screenplay.
