The Grand Budapest Hotel is my favorite movie of the past decade. At least. I cannot watch it enough. It’s like a healing salve for my tortured soul. Charming, beautiful, hilarious, heartbreaking, unique, odd, and utterly Wes Anderson’s crowning achievement. It’s all of his films in one, including my previous favorite of his, Fantastic Mr. Fox.
