In the mood for some creepy cabin horror? Already watched Cabin in the Woods a dozen times this week? Perhaps we can help. In honor of Barricade‘s release on DVD today (available for purchase here), CHUD would like to bestow a copy unto one lucky Chewer. BARRICADE Logo Scare – Augmented Reality App:

Scanning the BARRICADE title/art will cause the logo to frost over and crack apart as if it were made of ice, then launch the trailer. The final slide will push users to the social platforms, where users can share the AR version of the trailer with their friends.

Frosted Windows – Augmented Reality App

When fans scan this special trigger image with their mobile device an AR “game” will appear, where fans will be presented with a 3D picture of the BARRICADE window. Fans will then have to use their finger to wipe away the condensation on the various panes to see what’s inside. Some panes will hide special behind-the-scenes features – others will reveal horrifying glimpses of the creature, complete with vibrating effects and/or sounds from the mobile phone designed to shock and scare the user. Fans can then forward the game to their friends via their social outlets.
