SCREAM IV- While the Weinsteins are actively developing a sequel, David Arquette and Courtney Cox have announced they would return.
Only way it works is if Cox and Arquette both buy the farm in this one.

Quote:
CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST II- Rugerrio Deodato wants to write and direct a sequel.
Let's leave that one alone. Please.

Quote:
VEGA BROTHERS- Michael Madsen has recently clarified that Quentin Tarantino approached him with the idea of doing this sequel with John Travolta and Madsen playing twin brothers of the original Vegas.
God! What a terrible idea!

Quote:
I'm gonna go ahead and assume these sequels, previously discussed in this thread, are dead...

THE BODYGUARD 2
If they were to use Costner and Houston again and play it compeletely straight, it could make for one of the best unintential comedies ever.

Quote:
PREDATOR III- John Cena claims he's never been approached for this sequel, though he'd love to do it.
I'd love it if he'd stick to being a wrestler and leave the acting and rapping to the professionals.

Quote:
LOST BOYS 2- The sequel will be going DTV, featuring surfing vampires.
I don't even have a funny comment for that one.

Quote:
HALF PAST DEAD 2- Bill Goldberg and Kurupt star in this sequel for director Art Camacho.
Brilliant.

JAWS 5- Universal is making like a bandit, producing this DTV sequel.
Now, this is a first. A "Jaws" movie so shitty that Universal won't put it in theatres.

Didn't they film this at one point and can it because Bond was an orphan?

Hope Paul Rudd is a different character in this one, god was he awful in MIAMI.

I'd like to believe Seagal could let himself go and do whatever is asked in sending up his image. In reality I know the cast and crew will demand he be escorted from the set after he refuses to be beaten up in a fight scene by Dangle.

Seriously, I need a source for this. It makes absolutely zero sense whatsoever. One of the most successful, lucrative, beloved series of all time vs. a three hour exploitation flick with no stars, released Easter weekend.

This, oddly enough, would be nigh perfect casting.

I believe the EW article also has Avi Arad saying they already have Spider-Man 4's baddie decided upon and it would be a "classic villain!" So we might be seeing Sir Ben's Vulture this time come 2010 after all...or maybe it's the Lizard...or possibly both!

Ben Kingsley would be interesting.

I'm pretty excited about The Incredible Hulk since Edward Norton is in it.

I used to be one of the many, many members of the Ben Kingsley for The Vulture! camp, but when the rumor about Larry David popped up I realized how perfect that would have been. A character like the Vulture pretty much has to be played for laughs, and David could have made it incredibly funny.

I would pay to see this in the theatre if they can get both Ice Cube and Chris Tucker to return. Tucker was arguably the best part of the first one....and the other two stunk to high heaven without him.

As much as I love Trejo and I wish this would happen, I hope he isn't going to be to a MACHETE film as Tom Arnold was to TRUE LIES 2.
