I have a boss who's a bit like that. Not as bad though. He likes to sneak up on us unawares to give a loud slap on the shoulders to "moltivate" us to work harder.

We got a couple of guys at work that like to chant the "When I say hillshire, you say farms! Go Meat!" commercial.
