(ahem)

No level requirement, that'd be silly! And there is no level cap. I'm assuming that Dr. Ned will just have the quest ready for you right off the bat, and I hope that's not wishful thinking.

Edit: Nevermind, didn't realize that 50 was the limit. I remember hearing from developers that there wouldn't be one but that was at E3.

Even more of a reason to do something about the way the XP levels.

Gonna play this bitch all day tomorrow! I'm gunning for you, Treacher's Landing and the ten billion Badass Bruisers lurking thereabouts.

I've been enjoying Borderlands, but I really feel like for the first time that I'm playing a game that will ultimately be judged on it's DLC and how well it's supported down the road. I haven't even finished my 2nd playthrough, but looking at the game realistically for every Diablo 2 comparison I hear it's just too slight to really warrant that comparison. What there is of the game is fun, and the Diablo-esque "waiting for the next upgrade drop" excitement is there, it feels like you aren't playing a full game in a lot of ways.

I'm apprehensive about this first DLC until we know more stats though. I mean, we could be paying $10 for another Trash Coast (4 quests, 60 minutes of my time, seeya!), or we could be paying $10 for another Arid Hills. We don't really know yet. Knowing myself though, as soon as I start seeing some of the new drops I'll put $10 into it just because of the way I approach these games.

Plowed through Chuck Durden's arena, got like four Second Winds during the last fight, killed everything, and it glitched on me. Waypoint smack-dab in the middle of the arena, with me jumping around like a retard trying to set it off. I gave up, quit, and respawned way far away from the Arena. FFFFUUCCCKKKK.

Looks pretty nice! Approx. 50 quests, 6-10 hours of gameplay ... not too shabby for $10. Love the tank zombies with treasure chest backpacks.

Yeah, looks interesting. They didn't say anything about the level assignment works in that area though.

I think I'll avoid leveling up any more until the DLC is out (unless they announce a higher level cap for them) because I don't think I'll want to play just to find new guns.

Finally started playing this. Who'll be available later for some Co-Op. I know that Modern Warfare 2 is the flavor of the day. But, I had no problem putting that game down to play this.

If you see me on shoot me an Invite. I've got a level 9 Hunter, level 5 Siren, Level 50 soldier and Level 23 Beserker so I should be good for whatever character you chose.
