That was worth it though. Awesome stuff, man.

Even more depressing is pictures exist of me in my corset-and-panties outfit of this year. Sad, to be honest :P

That's pretty sweet. I'm jealous, because I've had thoughts of that same costume, but can't find the glasses. Can't even find two pairs that I could use to make them. That and I'm fat, so I don't think I can pull it off.

Here's me as the crappy Re-Animator re-animating Nathan Explosion. He kinda looked like a zombie.

I told my wife we should totally go as the Key Master & Gate Keeper next year. I can do a mean Rick Moranis impersonation. Have to dress up the 5 year old daughter as Slimer or a GB then... or Gozer!... for some bizarre Meta humor.

And, Anakin's Dad, you got some RED on you.

My family won Best Overall Costumes this year at my work party. We went as characters from Alice in Wonderland. I'll post some pics soon.

Ok, posting these shots from Halloween almost a full week later, but this is me as Dexter Morgan, and my girlfriend as The Cat from KISS. Lot of people where she works at where I was helping give out candy thought I was one of the characters from Hostel or some mad doctor. She bought me the blood pack. It's candy blood!

Here's another of me going insane in the hallway of the independent living rest home where she works at.

Apparently, an RJ MacReady costume looks amazingly like a Ghostbusters costume to a certain overwhelming segment of the population, who knew?? Heathens.

unfortunately, we kurt russells got ourselves caught up in a brawl soon after we got to a party. before we could get any pictures together. I'm trying to track down some pics from other peoples cameras, but trust me, we looked so bad-ass.

An overwhelming number of people thought I was supposed to be The Invisible Man. It cemented the fact that not nearly enough geeks live up here.

I don't get this one at all. I guess I'd need to see pictures, but I'd guess that an overwhelming segment of the population hasn't seen The Thing in a long time.

Really? More people are familiar with The Invisible Man than Rorschach? I mean, The Invisible Man is only one of the top Universal Monsters if you expand the film selection to 6 (7 if you separate The Bride from Frankenstein's Monster) and Watchmen just came out this year. I guess I'm just out of touch.

I was mistaken for a zombie-slaying Guy Fieri. Apparently zombies go great with a really kicking BBQ sauce.

I was only meaning to say I'd think more people would recognize a character from a film that's not even a year old than one from a film that's 75 years old, even if the 75 year old one is more of an icon.

My Darkman costume:

I was shocked to discover how few people knew who Darkman was. Most people thought I was Rorschach. Most of those people are retarded.

So you got Rorschach guesses and not The Invisible Man? What a crazy world we live in.

Should have gone around to people and demanded that they give you the fucking elephant! Or danced around with a funnel on your head.
