Default Parole, new from PKG!

We redid a song off of The Sea of Problems. Better, we think!

PAROLE (MP3 FILE)

Drums, Guitar - Steve
Solo - Micah
Bass, Vocals, Guitar - Nick

It's a bouncing new baby
the kind that never had to do hard time
say hello to the baby
when the lights go off you're gonna be mine

It's time to paralyze
it's time to feed you to the cold steel beast
it's time recognize
the rules of the playpen

You'll never be paroled in a place like this
synonymous with despair and anguish
feeding on the sentimental feelings that came in with you
it's the same thing every day
it's an art form to survive in a place like this
paint the walls fresh with a palette of red
feeding on the sentimental feelings that came in with you
no chance for parole

It's the scent of a lady
you never noticed but now you miss it the most
senses dulling and fading
when the lights go up you're gonna be blind

It's time to paralyze
it's time to feed you to the concrete machine
it's time recognize
the rules of the playpen

You'll never be paroled in a place like this
synonymous with despair and anguish
feeding on the sentimental feelings that came in with you
it's the same thing every day
it's an art form to survive in a place like this
paint the walls fresh with a palette of red
feeding on the sentimental feelings that came in with you
no chance for parole

Lethal! Especially, the backing vocals ("it's the same thing ev-er-y daaaaay") and Micah's class solo. Even though the artwork cracked me up, the second verse very effectively painted the grimmest of pictures. Good work, gentlemen.

Really great. I feel like this is one of the best recorded and mixed songs you've put out.
