This is one class I might have actually enjoyed paying for. Hell, I bet the syllabus is already on my personal library/dvd catalog.

TUSCALOOSA - It may have been broad daylight, but the bodies milling around the University of Alabama on Friday were seeking not sun but something a little more ... cerebral.
“Braaaains! Give me brains, and a diet Pepsi," yelled a University of Alabama student in zombie makeup as he and 34 of his classmates, also dressed like zombies, meandered around campus.
The “Zombie Walk" was the final project for a first-time three-week interim literature course at UA titled “Zombies! The Living Dead in Literature, Film and Culture."
Sounds like a fun class idea. I work at UA Financail Aid and, sitting at the front desk, I watched this gaggle of zombies shamble by. It freaked my co-worker out, but I didn't even blink (figured it was some drunk driving awareness thing). I guess it would take more than a zombie apocalypse to rouse me from my boring-assed perch.
