Some of the recent threads have got me thinking. Say you've got a game room in your home and it's time to stock it up. You want the room to contain the following items:
1 1980s Arcade Game
1 1990s Arcade Game
1 Pinball game (any era)
1 Bar-style game (darts, pool table, GoldenTee, air hockey, etc.) - Think of this as the potpourri option.
Money isn't an option. You have to stick by the stipulations above. What games would you include?

I'd have to go with the following:
1980s Arcade Game - sit-down Galaga and Ms. Pac Man in same game
1990s Arcade Game - Killer Instinct
Pinball game (any era) - Demolition Man
Bar-style game (darts, pool table, GoldenTee, air hockey, etc.) - Pool table

Pinball - Either of the Simpsons ones
Bar-Style - Pool Table

I thought this was going to be a "62-inch LCD screen, giant sound system, and Rebecca Romijn available to give me a blowie while playing Guitar hero 2" type of thread.

Was the Afterburner cabinet an '80s thing? I only ever played in the local Mazzios when I was like 12 or so. Didn't know it went that far back.

No game settles disputes, drunken or otherwise, like Puzzle Bobble.

That game was featured in T2. And according to Wikipedia, game came out in '87.
I originally wanted Final Fight as an 80s game but it's listed as coming to the US in '90.
