So I'm checking out the Hack/Slash "Slice Hard" special issue I got today, when I flip it over, and read a quote that sounds real damn familiar....

"Right from the start, I knew Hack/Slash was a comic after my heart. Considering it just got optioned for a movie, now's the time to catch up on the original
9.5 out of 10!

Yep, they quoted my review of the first trade.

What can I say, I got excited. I've been quoted a couple of times before, but this is the first copy I've had in my hands. I just wish they would've told me!

There's a quote on the back of 42nd STREET FOREVER VOL 2 that doesn't say it's from you, but sounds like what you said. Something about being the best party DVD ever.

I also realized this is the first blurb I can show to my family- the others are a little too harsh for'm- like the one for Joe Knetter's book where I call him a sick fuck.

I actually just found out that my Grandma checked out the site last week! I'm just praying she didnt somehow stumble over my recent review of Coven (http://www.creature-corner.com/?type=reviews&id=1791). That opening line might not sit well with her.

Although she's a fan of Shaun of the Dead (not a joke!), so who knows....

Heh, everytime I visit my parents my mom asks when I'm going to start writing about more mainstream stuff.
