CHUD Babe Draft '06- Who Won?

Some folks started strong but faltered in the later rounds with some serious fatal flaws (good god, Aoki) while others stayed consistently strong. Who managed to avoid needing Chef's Pleasure Bag to rise to the top for you guys?

It's a close race but I think Stew manages to edge out the competition for the international flavor and, well, Alba. Kirby, Davis, and Anya are right up there with him, though. Good draft, guys.

Kirby again proves to be a dominating presence in these drafts. In judging "winners" I tend to look at consistency. It's easy to nab a few hotties in the early rounds, much harder to keep making great picks.

An exception to this is Jason Thompson who, IMHO, sort of gradually turned into a "winner" with a very solid middle portion of his lineup. Nick and I have very similar taste it would seem, all of his picks were very very solid. Dave Davis stands out, and I'm also throwing some love to Anya and Martianman, who from the discussion threads I seemed to rob in almost every single round.

And of course, me. International flavor, all unimpeachably sexy credentials.

I think that it's criminal Dave Davis ot Jessica Biel and Elisha Cuthbert. And I love Shelby's picks. Both their last picks were borderline legal(not sure Acker is). So those picks didn't decide.

But I'm going to go with Shelby as my winner. Her top 4 picks are smoking hot and very different. And Fox and Lively are great barely legal(age wise) newbies.

Of course she still is actuall 2nd but still a great list.

My near-entire draft was alternates. I didn't want Milla in the first round, though I felt she would have been taken in the second, though I am proud of my Mia Kirshner pick, I'll stand by that. I missed three straight days, though, and that killed it.

You had great picks, but when you draft the gnome like Monica Keena Tyra Banks who let herself go, you can't be a top contender. You can make 1 mistake and still be ok, but not 2. I've also seen some unflattering pics of Krista Allen lately. Your top 5 is great. Bottom 5 killed you.

Yeah, that's how I saw it too. Otis has been closest to my drafts pretty much every other year, though. Same with Nick.

I'm very pleased with my roster, all first picks. My alternate list was decimated by everyone, so I'm glad I got away with my initial picks.

I think the one thing that may have downgraded my picks in other's eyes was that almost none of my picks had cheesecake photos of the Maxim/FHM/Stuff variety. Alas, Kelly MacDonald and Olivia Williams just don't run in that circle.

For the record:

1. Devon Aoki isn't the worst pick. That would be Kristin Chenowith. And quite frankly, both Fergie and Carmen Elektra turn my stomach, too.

2. My vote for Best In Show: Stew, just barely nudging out Shelby. Good job!

Are you out of your mind? Have you seen Katarzyna Figura? (http://images.google.com/images?q=Katarzyna+Figura+&hl=en&btnG=Search+Images) Aoki isn't much better.

Chenowith is a smokin petite lady with a great rack.
