Have you tried Claritin? I take it once a day, and it helps, although I'm still pretty miserable from late mid-April through May.

Or you could simply move to London. For some reason it worked for me, haven't suffered from hayfever since I moved in...

That's because anything as natural as pollen is destroyed by a citywide cloak of grime and soot long before it can assault your sinuses. You may not get hayfever, but you just swap it for nasal passages full of jet-black carcinogenic mucus.
I never used to get hayfever, but these past few years it's started to creep up on me. It used to be a few sneezes and congestion in the morning, but it's getting to the point now where I'm considering hitting the chemist for something to make the snuffling stop.

I have year round allergies. It sucks ass.
