I just have to say that this forum for budding filmmakers is fantastic. There are so many people here with the same aspirations. Some with alot of experience and others, like me, with none as of yet. It's great to read about everyone elses experiences, views and opinions about trying to become a filmmaker. Thanks all!

Thanks all!Absolutely, we have experienced pros like Bill 'splat' Johnson (whos just finished work on Dumb and Dumber 2) and tons of film school students and budding directors, scriptwriters and producers alike.
We have a wealth of knowledge and opinion that you can either take or leave but you will pretty much always get an responsse to a question which is why i love it here

Indeed. This forum isn't as busy as I thought it would be though. Not enough controversy where filmmaking is concerned I suppose.

I would rather this be a place where people go to get help, give encouragement and throw out ideas. Leave the controversy to the political forums.

and i really like the group we have slowly building in here. i see a pretty good circle of people.

Damn this place is rather dead. From what ive noticed there areplenty of people that want to get into the biz, do they not like to post here or what. Oh well, small community works too, if only we had more stuff to talk about. I think i'll start ranting on some random things, see if it creates some talk here.
