Rath and I are talking about one right now. I think it will bring the stories from a level at which they all just take place in a town with the same name, to a point where they are the same town.

Rath's first 2 stories have been towards this end, and I like it. Are we to assume that killer plants, ghosts, and other such supernatural oddities would go unnoticed by others in the community? Even to the point where they don't even mention it in their daily lives?

Right now im trying to find a way of pulling Omniteq into my story. Anybody who's done something to do with the old mill or Omniteq (im talking Finn and Coronel pretty much). Will this intrude on your plans for future stories?

The idea is to blend the characters together, actually. The polite thing to do is to run a story by the person who's character you're borrowing first, to see if there's any problems there (like what you're already doing). It's also why Rath is making a bible.
OmniTeq is, in my eyes, the conspiracy theorist's wet dream. Big, quiet corp that looks great on the surface, bringing money to the town, etc, but have men In Black (not the Tommy Lee Jones type) for security, run illegal experiements, do alot of paranoid sci-fi cultist type tech...mind control, research elder gods, cloning, etc. X-files is mild compared to them. Think more like White Wolf's Pentex, or the corp from Resume With Monsters, as examples. Or every evil corp from a Dean Koontz novel rolled into one.
And, of course, different projects might not know about each other.

Also...

In the continuing adventures of Virgil Kane, paranormal investigator, it will be revealed that he has connections/does freelance work for another corporation, PillarCorp. They do similar experiments and moniter Lumiere supernatural activity, etc....but their motives are much diffferent than the things Johnny has planned for OmniTeq.

Only thing is...Virgil doesn't like being played like a pawn. And when the shit starts to come around, only one man knows how it's gonna go down.

PM me Rath, I got something going on with OmniTeq's past (when it was called something different) that I could use some of your help/characters with.

Bag 'em and tag 'em Ryan, you got a Private Message.

And let me remind you all that the first Virgil Kane story was indeed a crossover, as his investigation into the killer plants (which will be revealed by Tobin's Spirit Guide as having a darker, more sinister purpouse dating back to the 19th century...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA) were cross-breeded from two stories to form the Mother of All Killer Plants.

Don't know if I'm gonna do it anymore.

Might not work...

I think i might have to put my plans for Johnny on the back burner for the next story call. Which means my plans for cross-over with Kane is post-poned (but definetly not cancled) for now.

That is, unless I can figure out a character driven storyline involving both of them.
