Fantastically fucked up Lovecraftian nightmare. One of the best horror stories I've read here or in print in quite some time. Not only is it a really scary-ass tale, but it's also extremely well-written/executed. You could publish that shit in "Cemetery Dance" or any other place that publishes short horror tomorrow.

Okay, I'm going to go read this now.

And Jack, if yt's phone sex horror story isn't up on Chudstories, PM her and get her to email it to you. I read that thing in broad daylight in a room full of people and it creeped me the fuck out.

Very descriptive and drew u in, made me feel like it was me talking and not actually reading something.
Ok that may sound stupid but thats how much i enjoyed this story.

Thanks for reading it, guys. I enjoyed writing it. I've read a couple of the other stories and it's such a great collection!

ps. Here I am in beautiful Seattle and all I can think of is the Green River Killer trawling for whores along the Sea-Tac expressway... what's wrong with me?

yt, I loved your story, girl. It flowed really well and it was extremely suspenseful. I loved the imagery of his last jump with a wave of blood going after him. Really creepy! eek!

I just have a question: Won't his arm that Freckles had missed a vein earlier be an opening for those living blood?

Thanks for reading it, JTHM, Dennis/GOT, Dave and Voltes. The last time I gave blood, about two months ago, I was fixated on the filled bags being taken away to be locked in a room somewhere where, for all we know, they Thing out.

Voltes, there are gaffes aplenty in this one (in fact I think the snoring guy's continuity is majorly f'd up) but this paragraph happens near the end:

"Under a street light I took a tentative look under the johnny, but all my parts looked the same. No marks, not even the place where Freckles missed the vein. Not even a scar. The vessel was sealed tight."

So, it healed over.

yt, I've neglected to inform both you and Mr. Whitehead about my -1 SAT Score in Reading Comprehension. I got the negative score because I thought "Grade" meant the grade of my eyeglasses which I do believe now needs a higher grade!
