My video card is fried, and I need to get a new one, but I don't want to spend too much. Anyone have any URLs for good PC Hardware review sites? I'm thinking about a nice bargain Geforce 3 Ti200 but I'd like to get some comparison reviews. Any leads?

Tom's Hardware is all the link you need. Very technical, very geeky, spot on. 'Nuff said.

BTW, on that video card, go ATI....cheaper, more features, same (and in some cases, much better) performance.
Case in point: I have a 32MB DDR All-in-Wonder Radeon, and I can play any game that I want (Soldier of Fortune II, Jedi Knight II, Spiderman, etc.) with all details turned on and play great, flawlessly even.
More $ doesnt always equal better stuff, especially when it comes to GeForce 4 cards.

I love my GeForce 3, but even after a year there are very few games that actually take advantage of all its features. ATI cards are very good, but they (sometimes) suffer from lackluster driver support, but that seems to be improving lately. ATI does have excellent TV out features. We play Jedi Outcast in 800 x 600 on my big screen tv, hooked up to my roommates ATI-based computer, and it looks GREAT.

I had serious driver / stability problems with my ATI Rage 128. Naturally I found out about others having difficulty after I bought and installed the card. I'm gun shy of ATI -- and their "customer support" is some nice little old lady in Canada who doesn't understand these newfangled TVs.
I've since picked up an Asus V7700 pure (don't need the TV out) and have had *zero* problems with it (GeForce 2Ti).
