Focusing mainly on games unique to the system, here's my personal list, alphabetically:

Cannon Spike
- One of Capcom's most underrated shootemups.
Chu Chu Rocket
- More Satanic than Bomberman.
Crazy Taxi
- Gets redundant, great for venting road rage.
Dead or Alive 2 LE
- Why does this look better to me than the PS2 port?
Giant Gram 2000
- Greatest fun wrestling JAPAN! Ease of playing. FIGHT!
Grandia 2
- No revelatory cut-scenes, just great fun.
Jet Grind Radio
- The well all games of this type shall go to.
Seaman
- Endearing AND creepish. My Mom fears it.
Soul Calibur
- Have you SEEN Taki? She's swell!
Space Channel 5
- Moloading..... "I love you Pudding!"
Shenmue/Shenmue 2
- Dry as the Gobi, but incredibly innovative.
Sword of the Berserk: Guts' Rage
- It's got a guy wielding a sword the size of a Lincoln. ..And blood.
Test Drive V-Rally
- Had a lot of fun designing whacked courses. Nice graphics!
Zero Gunner 2
- A real Sega gem, a scrolling 3D Mecha-Helicopter shooter.
