Chud North (aka Chud Outaouais)

Calling all Canadian bound sewer chewers.

Hellspawn and I are hoping to organize the first meeting of the Chud elite in Canada's own capital region. Not too many details have been setup yet, but we're sort of leaning towards a viewing of Underworld, and perhaps a few drinks. As well, I work shifts, so some weekends and weeknights are taken from me. Suggestions are welcome.

I'd love to do just about anything. But I would have a small request, can we do this any other night than Friday nights. I have a gathering of fiends at my place on Fridays to play some very bloody D&D.

My Saturdays and Sunday as well as any other of the weeknights are usually free of any engagements unless I have made one before hand :)

All kidding aside, my love and I are more than willing to go see Underworld and get a few or more drinks at a local pub.

Damn, I was almost hoping to set it up for this Friday, since I'm doing my first ever graveyard shift on Saturday night. I was told I'm best to try to stay up VERY late Friday night, and then the weekend shifts should be easier to handle. But because I've got the weekend shifts, I do have Tuesday to Friday off next week. Maybe we could do something Tuesday night (aka, cheap night)?

But we can also schedule things for later this month/year. I'll try to get in touch with the new Ottawa-girl who's been hanging out in the Creature Corner.

I know it's kind of nerdy, but I've been playing D&D since I was 12 and my group always meet every Friday nights for a little D&D session, some R&R, and beer drinking ^_^

Tuesday sounds good, hell any other day sounds good.

Alright, I guess we'll do a Tuesday night showing of Underworld. You can recommend some theaters since Hull theaters are much cheaper than Ottawa ones, but I don't have a car. Taking the bus wouldn't kill me though.

PM me and we can finalize the plans. And if I do reply for a while, it's because I'm either at work, or sleeping a lot. This weekend is my first graveyard shift. Oh, and sorry for the delay in a reply.

Yes, I did go see Kill Bill, and I skiped out going with you because, a) you are appearantly boycotting this excellent flick, and b) I've been working evenings these past two weekends, so when I had my chance to go see it, I took it.

I'm not too sure where we stand now on Chud Outaouais. Maybe we should just get together for a few drinks somewhere on a Sunday afternoon?
