I'm hearing about all of the cool get togethers and what not everyone else is having in LA and Atlanta... Just wondering if there are enough Chewers in Arizona to possibly do something similar.

LET ME KNOW!

My son moved back to California...otherwise I'd visit while down there.

Alas, no more reason to go to the Fiery Pit that is Arizona.

Well, if we ever get a new chewer named Ghost of Gila monster or Quartergila, Z-gila or CTGila or dgila, we will know you are on your way to starting a group of AZ. chewers. BTW, I LOVE Arizona.

Isn't Arizona up for statehood soon? I mean it is still a territory, right?

Show some motherfucking respect, would ya?Oooooooooww! That's BAD dude! Them's fighting words. Of course I should have expected a Sooner to get confused and try to defend his state, but in the wrong thread, which is about another state. Basically I think all Oklahomitards are from Canada or share a close kinship. (You gotta admit that Oklahomatards thing was freakin' funny)

Okay, in reality, I shouldn't have made that comparison between Canada and Oklahoma 'cause everyone knows Canadians are actually cool and the Canada bashing is just a joke. To compare them to Oklahomatards is just wrong and mean. It's really not okay to do that to Canadians.

How'd you like them apples, Ego ma man?

You can reply via smoke signal or Pony Express to me or however they are doing things in Okiehomo now. Okie dokie?

I'm sure he was joking, Kid.

When Will is trying to be funny his spelling and punctuation get worse than usual. :)

Don't let Burke piss you off:

When Will is trying to be funny his spelling and punctuation get worse than usual. :) As if that were possible. If I could just type and spell and think, I keud bee a grearest writerer person. Besides, moi trying to be funny? Never happen. I am way too mean.

I've never lived in Arizona, so I don't where the "stuck" comes from in regards to what it is like to live there year round. However, I have been there twice and I thought it was great, though they were only extended weekend visits. I must say that it was pretty awesome seeing a carnival in full swing in winter when you hail from the cold and windy winters of Chi-town.

But...it's the desert.

For me the math is easy regarding this subject...the desert sucks.

True dat.

Sure our winters are mild and brief. However, our summers are long and brutal. We also live in a dead zone for things that interest me. Very little in the way of alternative or art house movie scenery. Never hear about advance screenings of anything interesting.

Plenty to do with the children. If you have the cash. Which, unfortunately, is not the case with the Tindalos household at this time.

Ah well... Just hoping there were some Chewers near.
