Come on, tell me this wouldn't make a kick ass movie. What more do you want, 2 good looking chicks, guns, explosives and great looking cars(Hopefully with awesome car chases).
I nominate Michael Madsen as Bean Bandit.

There is perhaps only one actor who not only could peg the Bean Bandit character, AND has the perfect look for the role: John Terlesky.

Who would you choose as far as casting decisions go. Rally's Nineteen and Minnie May's eighteen. Tough choice. It'd have to be unknowns because I can't think of any actresses who really seem like perfect choices for Ol' Rally and Minnie May.
