Uh.. Could anyone explain/provide a link that explains how exactly these drafts work without beating me over the head with a baseball bat that has "newbie" carved into it? (not that I'm a newbie, really, I just never really paid attention to what this draft business was about before)

It's a desert island draft. You get 40 to 45 guys to pick an actress/album/movie, depending on what kind of draft it was, that they would like to have on thier desert island. You draft in order and once an actress is picked she can't be picked by anyone else. Each guy picks 10 women.
