Ok, Mad props for putting Nati as Numero Uno! But the Beast, that tastes so bad for the $.50 cents you save compared to Nati(per case). I always put the Beast on my Bottom 5 Beers list. Of course I like Nati cause it lacks taste.

I am not trying to knock on your tastes, but I just don't know how you could like both as #1&2.

Edit so it reads less like I was being an asshole.

OK understand that this is just one white boy's opinion but I must raise two point:

1. Anyone who chooses a beer whose title includes the word Light or Lite does not really like beer.

2. Anyone who freezes beer to ANY point does not really like beer.

Thank you. :D

This one is so hard for me. But I will try.

If I plan on staying fairly sober:

1. Guiness
2. McCaffrey's(sp?)
3. Killians
4. New Castle
5. Just about any other stout beer that is available

If I plan on not staying sober:

1. Nati Lt
2. Nati Lt
3. Miller Lt
4. Busch Lt
5. Whatever the keg is serving

Hey, you can enjoy more full bodied beers and still find enjoyment in Lite(this should be the proper sp) beers. Lite beers go with some foods better than heavy beers, and they don't leave you with the same bloated feeling(on a per beer basis).

2. Anyone who freezes beer to ANY point does not really like beer.
Exactly. Freezing the beer destroys the carbonation which takes away from the taste of most beers. So, unless you plan on inhaling lots of beers, carbonation is a good thing. Plus, any Ice beer tastes so poorly that it isn't worth the extra 1% alcohol they manage to put in it. IMO.

5. Keystone LightYou must originally be from Pennsylvania, as those last three on your list are 3 BIG PA beers. My late father's family is from PA and he worked at the Rolling Rock brewery in Latrobe when he was younger.

Mine would be in no particular order, of course:

I am not really a big drinker. Usually only socially and sometimes with friends.
Also, since we are on the subject of beer, you guys should watch this beer commercial here. And no, it's not the Miller ad where the sexy ladies fight.

My top 5:

1)Warsteiner Dunkel - nice, full-bodied, smooth - I don't like the hops bite at the end of a sip a la Guinness

2)Moretti La Rossa - nice Italian red

3)Pike Place Brewery's Kilt Lifter Scottish Ale - had this while I was in Seattle, LOVED IT

4)Half-and-half (Guinness and Harp) - kinda the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup of beer

5)Milwaukee Ale House's Louie's Demise - local beer, good stuff. Too bad the guy who owns the place is a raging asshole.

Disagree. Desperado is already good by itself, but if you drink it with a slice of lemon it's even better.Miller has a great commercial for High Life where the narrator assumes the guy drinking the Corona (not mentioned by name, but it's pretty obvious) is trying to stave off scurvy.

SOUTHPAW

$5.99 a 12-pack of bottles, and it has been rated higher than pretty much any domestic swill (Bud, Miller, Coors, etc.) Ultimate college beer.Where do you get this "SOUTHPAW"? I have never seen it on store shelves in OH, KY, or PA. Nor did any of my friends from NY, IL, IN and various other midwest and eastcoast states speak of it. I am curious as usually I only liked getting wasted to beers with as little taste as possible, because you can't enjoy the flavor as much when super drunk. Hence my love of the water beer known as "Natrual Light".
