I would love to get a list togather for the site marking down the best DVD's. When I say best I mean as far as features and quality. If you know of a great one list a few. Try not to overlap answers though.
I will start with a few:
Out Of Sight
Matrix
Rush Hour
Keep em coming below. Please no repeats. If we get a good list I will use it to write an article on this whole newfangled DVD thing.

By the way, John... when you are finished with your article send it to me. I might be able to use it on DVD Sewer after it opens.

The Ghostbusters DVD is really a great one, as is Mallrats... Both are loaded with special features. I'd also reccomend Run Lola Run - it's a great film with a good commentary, and it looks sweet on dvd.

oh - forgot to mention To Kill A Mockingbird: special addition, sure it's old, but it's a great one - and the DVD is loaded too

I just got my DVD player (hooray!) Heat (cheap, too) and The Matrix are fantastic.
Also, Rushmore Criterion comes out 1/18!

I have that on VHS.
I've never even seen a DVD player. Not in person, anyhow.

Mr.Evil, if you like movies (and I assume you do, since you're on CHUD) then it is completly worth the 200 clams to get a DVD player. The best format for movies ever. How could you not want a version of 'Go' with 13 deleted scenes? 13!

That's DJ Evil! I didn't go to evil broadcasting school to be called "Mr." thank you very much.
200 dollars. Hmmmm, do I want to go to Dragon*Con or buy a bunch of dvd stuff...hmmm. I'm sure it's a great thing, but I'll wait till I can get it at a pawn shop for $50. Course, by that time, movies'll be in hologram format...
