Shape-shifting female creature

i saw this horror movie on USA network when i was young, and i cant remember the title. it was about a woman that would transform into different demon-like creatures and slaughter people. the scene that sticks out in my head, is where she telekinetically rips a woman's heart out. I'm assuming this movie was made in the late seventies, early eighties. Anybody know what its called?
