What is this movie?

OK, i mentioned it in another thread, but can not for the life of me remember the name of this movie. i will piece together what i can and see if soemone else can help out.

The movie is about an archaelogical dig at an indian burial ground i believe. the cast is only like 4 or 5 people, and the dig is little more than a few tents in the sand. Soemthing happens and they are being killed/possessed. The end is one of the female leads, possessed in one fo the tents.... and it says something like 'look for the sequel... JDs revenge"....

Now i am not certain it was JD, but it was something very much like that. The movie was low budget, but pulled off fairly well as i remember.

Also, the video I saw it on ws a double feature VHS... with a slasher movie i believed which took place at a beach house. Also not bad all things considered.

Unavailable of course. now i have to try o get this one released on DvD. Anyone else remember it? Opinions? Am i a crack pot... well..... does this alone qualify me as one?

Oh, wow. I picked this one up (w/ The Slayer) at a video stores going out of business sale.

I've got to say, it was one of the most unintentionally funny movies I've ever seen. It was trying so hard to be Evil Dead, it seemed.

The rape seen was just bizarre, and the funniest kill ever is when the one guy is sitting in the truck, and gets whacked in the back of the head with a bone. Too, too funny. A buddy of mine and I must have rewound that part at least 30 times.

Not the worst thing ever made, and it does have its moments.
