"Creepers" not "Jeepers Creepers"

Has anybody seen Dario Argento's "Creepers"? Anyway, I just learned that it's renamed "Phenomena" (HUH??!!). Anyway, it stars Jennifer Connelly.....

Shit, that's a mouthful.

To top it off it has some serious rock track (that's unfortunately criticized by others for being too loud).

Anyway, when "Jeepers Creepers" came out, I kept thinking about this great Jennifer Connelly.....

Creepers is the shit cut up version of a classic. It runs 89 mins or sumthin stoopid like that. Phenomena (the plural of phenomenon - not THAT much of a stretch, come on, keep up) is a whopping 111 minutes with a tonne of gory stuff, head lopping, razor cuts etc stuck back makiing it even more of a head trip and I belive it has an even more incongrious us of Motorhead, if that's possible!

Thanks for the info. I did not know that "Phenomena" was the original. I saw "Creepers" on Pay-Per-View as a kid and only recently did I see on Amazon.com that "Phenomena" was originally called "Creepers".

Because of that fact, I was under the impression that "Creepers" was the original version.

I even went to Borders and browsed through a Dario Argento book and it seemed to imply that "Phenomena" was the original title. I'm just a little bit confused here. Furthermore, if you type in "Creepers" in IMDB.com's search engine, it reveals "Phenomena" as the original title while "Creepers" is the "aka" title. When you view the trailer, it's even called "Creepers."

Still, I will definitely purchase "Phenomena" but I was just wondering about which cut is the "best" one--specifically this question is for all of youse Argentophiles.
