From Fangoria.com:
The killer-crocodile trend will not die, and now Roger Corman has jumped on the scaly bandwagon. According to The Hollywood Reporter, his New Concorde company will produce DINOCROC, in which a huge, prehistoric ancestor of the species is revived and terrorizes a small town. SLAUGHTER STUDIOS producer Damian Akhavi will both produce and direct from a script by Frances (RAPTOR) Doel; Costas (FIST OF THE NORTH STAR) Mandylor, Bruce (HILL STREET BLUES) Weitz and Charles Napier will star. The creature will be created via CGI, with Corman intending to use the digital beast for (of course) future sequels.
DINOCROC? What a title! Still, it can't be worse than BLOOD SURF. Oh wait, this is from the guy responsible for the CARNOSAUR flicks so it probably will be. Roger Corman seems to be suffering from John Carpenter syndrome where the guy just can't recapture his old magic.
